Associated with cancer
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the membranes surrounding the brain (carcinomatous meningitis)
- Have taken dostarlimab or another similar drug
- Other than cervix carcinoma or nonmelanoma skin cancer treated successfully in the last two years
- In the past 3 weeks, you’ve had chemotherapy or targeted medications
- Within the past three weeks, you have undergone radiotherapy, except if it was palliative.
- Previous chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgical treatment has caused moderate or severe side effects

Design of a trial
